Let's talk grommets! They're not as hard as they look, seriously, but they look so awesome when added to a yoga waistband. You can find the whole kit, with the application tool and several grommets, in a pack like this from most major craft and fabric stores.  I like these because they seem quicker, and much more durable than adding button holes for drawstrings. To add a grommet drawstring to any yoga waisband, you'll want to apply the grommets before sewing the short ends of the waistband together to form the continuous band.  Step 1: Press the band in half...
