Due to the nature of our digital files, there are no refunds available for purchases. Once you purchase a downloadable pdf file, you will be emailed a link for the product and be able to download the product from your online account on our website. The product is yours immediately after purchase and there is no way we can retrieve that digital information. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!
