Create your perfect outfit with this adaptable pattern and make every moment a fashionable one! The shorts have 2 inseam lengths and fit like bike shorts. They have negative ease, so use fabric that is very stretchy. Spandex, or stretchy cotton or polyester blends work great for the shorts. Our favorites in testing were spandex and athletic dry wicking fabrics. The skirt features a slim fit, flare fit, and even a pretty flounce option. We had so much fun trying out different fabrics for the skirt! The skirt can be made from light weight knit or woven fabrics. Board short, crinkle rayon, wool dobby, chambray, and spandex all gave our skirts a unique look. The weight, hand, and amount of ‘flow’ the fabrics had made big differences in the final skirt.

Required stretch

The shorts need to have at least 50% horizontal and vertical stretch. But the skirt can be made with any lightweight knit or woven fabric!
